Annual Eid In The Park 2022

You think last year was fun, wait until you experience this years Eid 2022. 

Its another Annual Eid ul Fitr prayer in the park followed by breakfast, lunch, & fun activities.

SPECIAL NOTICIFICATION

• Islamic lunar months can only be 29 days or 30days as indicated in the Quran and Sunnah.  Eid day is by moon sighting on the 29th night of Ramadan. If the new moon is visible then that signifies the 1st day of a new month in the Islamic calendar which is Eid ul Fitr day for the next month coming. But, if the new moon is not visible then the month of Ramadan is 30 days. We must fast one more day of Ramadan then Eid is after that day.   

This year Eid ul Fitr is either Sunday, May1st 2022 or Monday, May 2nd, 2022. (Pending moon sighting on Saturday.) This website will be updated on Saturday at Isha time, Insha Allah.

• If for some reason beyond our control (storm or abundance of rain, etc) that this event can not be held as scheduled the Continguency plan is pray at a masjid and meet at the park on Tuesday 3rd at 11am for celebration, Insha Allah
